We’re in the midst of our first brew, an English Porter.

Here are some pictures to chronicle the event. As a side note whenever you are brewing beer you should always be drinking it was well. To mark the occasion we drank some Stoudts American Pilsner, Scarlet Lady Amber and their American Pale Ale.

At the very end we couldn’t find the yeast so we ran over to the Lancaster Homebrew and got what we needed.

After a week of waiting and watching the bubbles we moved the brew to the secondary fermenter. To commemorate we drank some Dogfish Head Raison D”Etre.

    Gentlemen,

I am scouring the countryside for a few good men to create a brew for my loyal following of grassroot conservatives. NO, not THAT kind. I am talking literally, folks who want to conserve excellent grass roots. ‘Cause if you don’t got good grass roots you don’t got good grass, and if you don’t got good grass well then who’s gonna take you seriously. Seriously, as a man’s grass is – So Is He.

Waiting your response – with an off beat label and a brew to express that label.
